This is why Cat A & B jails in this country use all kinds of ID systems for visitors, like fingerprint & retina recognition. (except half the time they not working/broken)
When I worked on the Cat D side of the jail I was at I was told about a lad who had a twin brother & at weekends the other lad would jump over the fence & his brother would jump over & go home for the weekend then come back on Sunday night. It went in for months before anyone twigged.

Yep I’m sure he’s the only desperately poor man in Brazil. If that was the case I would imagine 90% of all Brazilians would be drug dealers.
Not sure your theory of having a beer and being a drug dealer really works?
