I've had a notion to print a few wintry scenes I've taken last winter and make some Christmas cards to send this year.
I've got a colour printer, but what paper should I use to make a reasonable card?
I'm talking maybe 10 or 20 absolute max in terms of numbers
I like the idea of a card with the image on it, rather than sticking a print onto a card, if you know what I mean. Although that would be ok. Can you buy glossy or mid sheen printing card?

Gloss finish heavy print paper. Xmas cards aren’t printed on particularly heavy weight card.
Just search for glossy or matte photo printable greetings cards. A4 size fold to A5 and A5 folds to A6.
I've got mine from photo paper direct for years (decades....).
I generally find gloss works best for inkjet printing (coming from someone who used to get photos printed on matte paper back in the day).
Some packs come with envelopes, others you need to buy separately.

Thanks everyone, that has given me some good ideas. Hadn't thought of getting them actually printed on line, I'll look at that too.
I have a mate who has his own job-on-the-side printing business. Anything he doesn't have the tools / arsedness to print himself goes via VistaPrint.
