[Closed] Printing a downloaded PDF into a 'book'

I've downloaded a few fitness manuals in PDF format and printed and bound together with just your standard A4 document folder. They have been well thumbed and used in the garage and well, looking a bit sorry for  themselves. Rather than reprint and have the same occur, I was hoping somebody could suggest a printing company I could send the PDF to and have them make a more professional copy. Not quite a full spined book, unless the price was suitable, a halfway house between a home effort and something that is useable for longer than my effort. Any other suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Perhaps try a company that prints PhDs. Normally you need soft bound and hard bound copies. The soft bound copy should fit the bill but it is likely to be £20+.

I use something called Xerox never tear it’s a digital laser sheet that does as it says, I mainly use for printing waterproof maps or those race numbers for running clubs or bike events as it comes in various thicknesses

You can do this via lulu or Createspace (now KDP)

Set it up as if you were publishing your own book and order one preview copy

Printers often have a booklet printing option. It can be used to print A4 to and A5 booklet (assuming double sided printing) or A3 to A4 booklet.
The other option if using a single sided home type printer is to increase the left hand margin a bit when printing then bind it with a clip on binding (used to get them from stationers but internet should provide) or punch lots of holes along the spine and sew it together with a piece of string, like an old school bookbinder.

Make sure the pdf's don't have a copyright on them - a commercial printer is likely to refuse to print them if so.
