We have an older Brother printer and a couple of W10 laptops.
The drivers are up to date and the printer is supposed to be supported, however it's suddenly taken the funnies.
If we try to print anything, the document will appear in the print queue for a couple of seconds then disappear.
Print report showing no issues, troubleshooting ditto.
Was fine until a couple of weeks ago, now we get this issue with both laptops.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
No ideas, sorry, but it reminds me of "The Lightbulb Conspiracy":

Ask next door if they're getting a lot of random stuff coming out of their wireless printer.
And maybe check you haven't got PDF set as your default print.
I had the same thing with my brother printer. Look for a patch in windows updates, that cured mine.
Cheers.
It's not wireless btw.
Will look for the patch in updates, thanks.
Delete it and re-add it?
If it's not wireless, how's it connected?
Via USB.
Have tried deleting it and adding again.
There appears to be an update in June which caused some issues, still looking into it, the update number doesn't seem to appear on either of the laptops, even though we thought they were fully up to date.
Will have another look later.
