Looking for a new washer for cars trailers and patio cleaning duties, won’t be used for bike!

Nilfisk are pretty good.
Our Karcher came with a circular spinning attachment which is great for cleaning the tiled terrace and our flat roofs. Much better than using the wand. Not sure if any of the others you list have this attachment but for patio cleaning I would make sure you get one
I've no complaints with our Karcher K4 Full Control - apart from the gun is useless for snow foam, but an Autobrite gun sorts that out
You have pretty much selected Nilfisk there. Kew and Alto are old brands of Nilfisk and they make machines for Stihl and Husqvarna. My pressure washer is a KEW 88 made in 1988.
If you are doing patio work then buy a decent patio cleaner for £40 plus because the bundled ones are lightweight jobs. Then spend the balance on the best base machine you can
