(assuming for bike).
To be honest though, I go with consistency rather than accuracy with pumps. Even same with the car. I don't like garage pumps for that reason as I find each one measures differently and I've over or underinflated before going by the number. The compressor in the car isn't accurate but I know the number that is right for me and that it will measure the same each time.

I got an Accugage. Simple, cheap, and nice to use.
Might need to order from US Amazon so it will take a while to arrive, but shipping shouldn't cost too much.
