Last week I couldn't do 10 pressups... today I'm trying 500!
I'm doing it in blocks of 25 to keep good form and trying to get 500 before the days out. I'm on 85 as I'm typing this.
Anyone else care to try? They are easier than you'd think and will make your bike feel lighter for free
at my fitness test for rugby last year i did 100 pressups in 2mins

Alright then fella - on 200 now. I'm not claiming to be good at them just trying to do 500 and keep good form and I thought it'd be a nice challange if you fancied doing it as well. Like I said I only could do 10 last week.

I used to do 600 a day, in sets of 200, kept it up for about 3 years, never missed a day!
Then my sholder started to make a rather worring clicking noise and my Doc, after showing him how I did press ups, told me I had been doing them totally wrong, I had been placing my hands too wide!
Now I do none and my sholder still click 😉
