Wanted to withdraw a little to buy a new car and its like dealing with an ancient monolithic bank from the 50s.
Asked me for 2 pieces of memorable info then locked me out. I had the screen shot in front of me.
Now have to write to them.

Are you on the official site. That's not right.

They will send you a new passcode in the post when you have entered the wrong memorable info twice. They have never asked me to write to them

I was asked for 2 memorable bits of info. I'm surprised I guessed correctly first time!

My issue is that i entered it correctly but it still would not accept it. If you look on Trustpilot it seems this issue is quite common.

They locked me out of mine earlier this year - had entered all the right info, but still locked me out and had to go through the locked password routine on the phone and then sent me a new passcode - a right ball-ache. I'm lucky if I get £50/month on £100k - absolute pants.

When I tried to cash in my late parents premium bonds, they entered a typo on the postcode and sent all docs to the wrong house. It took me about 3 months to resolve the issue, they were an absolute nightmare to deal with

I assume Mr Dovebiker has £50k and Mrs Dovebiker has £50k.
