Hi all
I've bought a some Withings Scales off the bay (the original WSB01 version).
It will hook up to my WiFi fine but gives an error message that the device has failed to associate to my Withings account.
I have tried to associate it by pressing the button on the bottom but it won't give me the 6 figure association code.
Using a Virgin router id that is relevant.
Does anyone have any experience these things. Is it terminal? Are my scales dead or will I die?

I have read their website and its not quite the issue I'm having unfortunately.
I can get the Scales to register on my WiFi network fine but then they won't link to my actual Withings account to upload the data to.
Have emailed their support desk also but that may or may not produce a useful outcome!
