Living in a country where they don't know what a Pork Pie is .
Can you believe it !
Irish Government healthy food propaganda campaign and all that rubbish .

Tesco apologies of own brand jobs have really gone down the pan ,dry flavourless and just S---E.

So it's out with hand mincer ,real pork and make Em !

Luckily have few days off work too so ,Bring on the Branston.

I've always thought the Pork Pie to be toward the less satisfying end of the pie spectrum.

It lacks emotional depth, no trace of a hinterland beyond it's essential pieness.
Occasionally, I wonder about it's motivation.

It's a simple pie for me.
Something more suited to a quick encounter, often outdoors, than a longer term thing.

A pie I struggle to establish any kind of meaningful relationship with, tbh.

Maybe I just haven't met the right pie?
