Daughter gave me this recipe which turned into one of the many excellent pootle cakes ...enjoy
melt 3/4 pack of butter into pan
remove from heat add 200g chocolate and melt in
whisk 3 eggs + 2 egg yolks until fluffy
add2 tbls browm sugar fold in
add egg/sugar to choc/butter
2 tblsp plain flour, 1 of cocoa stir in
break up oreos place into bottom of baking tin/case
pour over mix add oreos on top
put into 180 oven cook until skewer is clean
cool and enjoy
rolos make good alternative to oreoes
