So, driving down the M60 today and one of the Matrix signs said 'Sign Not in Use'.
Does this actually make the sign in use and therefore the message becomes highly inaccurate?

Or, because the sign is not in use, you should ignore it, and therefore you can safely presume it's in use.

@cougar - damn you - I had enough on my mind with the not in use, in use sign and you throw that in the mix.
