I subscribe to quite a few podcasts on my iPhone via iTunes. The app keeps them up to date and all is good.
I've got a nexus4 on the way and already have a nexus7 but the 7 at least doesn't seem to have a native app for managing podcasts. Do I need to use a 3rd party app?? Or am I missing something??

I use beyondpod. It seems pretty good to me.

I use DoggCatcher, good enough I got the paid version.
The main difference (AFAIK) is that you have to find the RSS link and add that to the app, rather than use iTunes.
