Since my subscription annual renewal - my Pocketmags app isn’t recognising that I have renewed and I can’t use it to view the magazine anymore.
It shows this error:
“There was an internal error, the details have been sent to our IT team,please try again later.”
Has anyone else experienced issues? Pocketmags themselves don’t seem to be able to resolve.
