I've got a 2013 pug expert van (with a row of 3 "back seats" which I use a lot but can come out. I'd like to ply line the floor end to end and ensure I can still get the seats in and out plus access the the load anchor points.
Is it as simple as create a template out of card and then trace onto ply, Jigsaw it and then use self tapping screws to fix to the floor?

Then I am thinking about ply lining the rear cargo area as a part 2 but as it's an ex mobility vehicle the state wheel is in the load area 😭 any suggestions or am I stuck with that as is?

This is as it currently stands with some OSB over the ramp hole - ramp chopped off, the yellow strap is stopping movement of the door latch whilst I work out how to sort it permanently, happy to take suggestions

You can buy a kit pre cut to fit. Saves much messing around making templates etc.

Welcome to swing by for a look/strip sometime if you fancy? How you fix down is driven a lot by whats currently on the floor - you can just screw down but need to be aware of what is below. Does the ramp not come out fully?

Depending on how long you plan to keep the van it might be worth doing that and getting someone to weld the hole up and paint etc.

Should be, have a google or try and find some ex mobility/wheel chair van forums for info/inspiration?

Remove the ramp gubbins. Weld and paint any holes. Get a replacement bumper from e bay/a breakers.

Depening on how long you plan to keep the vehicle, self tappers through the floor might not be a good idea. Start of rust, going through something underneath.

How about using adhesive and laying a set of battens in first to get a level area to then fix the ply floor to(screws or more adhesive).

Spare wheel.
Small roof box, or rear door mount?

Great way to bugger the hinges.

When you have the floor welded up have a hinged wheel mount welded under neath as per factory.

Wheel chair adapted vehicles are cheaper for a reason.
