Yeah I know not really the weather right now!

Moved house over winter so I need a petrol mower. My gardens about 35m by 25m and budget is up to £400.

Thanks !

+1 for Honda Izy.

Our second Honda, the first lasted 15 years cutting a lot lawn twice a week in summer. It always starts first time, that's really all you need to know.

Got a Hayter, 10 years old and counting. Easy Briggs and Stratton engine. Oil change every year, plug change every 2 , sharpen the blade and off you go. If you get a decent mower, make sure it has an alloy or resin base and will last for years.

Standard STW response: Gaggia, G Shock, Audi, errrm, Nonda. There got it! 🙂

Nonda mowers are ace or, get a Kaaz. Made in Japan copy of Nonda when they were ally deck and all butch and over engineered. Still with Nonda engine and bullet proof mechanicals.

We've a Honda from a local supplier, and it goes back every other year for a service. Starts first time, cuts well.

About 1/4 acre of grass.
