Hello.
You used to hear stories of people going abroad on holiday, usually the US, and coming back with a bag full of cheap bike parts, cheaper than they could get them in the UK anyway. Does this still happen now the exchange rate is rubbish?
.
I'm off to Brazil next week, will have a couple of kilos of luggage allowance spare on the way back. What should I buy that is small, light and much cheaper there than here? Cocaine fits the bill perfectly but has obvious problems. Any suggestions?
Crack
Porn (apparently)
An IBTWYPDB.
Pro tip: No need for all that condom swallowing malarkey, a stuffed donkey 😉

@chestercopperpot..it's a well known fact that 99.9% of holiday romances never work out ..besides which the donkey would probably require it's own seat on the plane for the return journey..
Leave room in your luggage and get creative with the coke:
Zika !
tiny, lightweight, hard to detect. V popular over there so might well catch on in a big way
Coffee. Apparently Brazil has a huge over-production at the moment forcing down world prices so small scale farmers are having to give up production all over the world. The price in the shops hasn't dropped one bit though, so profit margins will be sky high for you as the importer
Their hair styles are rather sought after, maybe grab a few of them.
Their footballers seem to get paid a lot, maybe buy a child good at football, grow it & sell it on later.
VW Beetle / camper spares.
Top exports of Brazil are Soybeans ($25.9B), Iron Ore ($20.1B), Crude Petroleum ($17.4B), Raw Sugar ($11.4B) and Cars ($6.78B), using the 1992 revision of the HS (Harmonized System) classification.
Coffee and beef (although you probably have as much chance getting cocaine back in as beef). Enjoy Brazil it’s great away from São Paulo / Rio.
Crude Petroleum ($17.4B), Raw Sugar ($11.4B)
Iodrick had already suggested porn
This guy and become a fight promoter. You’ll be a millionaire in no time.

A small Brazilian?
Cucaine

Of course your emotional support animal. Worth every penny, much more willing and grateful than entitled British donkeys.
Nuts!
reduce cholesterol I’ve heard 😊

Cross over into to Argentina and pick up some of their finest steak. A third of the price compared to here so they say.

Cachaca. It’s furiously expensive in the UK and impossible to find in duty free. Bet it’s cheap out there.
Coffee is a good shout, I brought about 3 kilos of blue mountain back from Jamaica years ago, literally fresh roasted on a tour of the blue mountain coffee area..
Never tasted coffee so good.. I bought some blue mountain in the UK and it just didn't taste the same.. Guess it wasn't as fresg
@lodrick - I'd have thought an orgo would be better.
Late to the party but I’d go with amphetamine, cheaper, lasts longer and if you’re clever, get yourself diagnosed with ADHD and you’re on pharmaceutical grade Ritalin. Awesome stuff 😁

havaianas are £20 over here and not £20 there. Football shirts from odd teams. Nuts are cheaper and nicer and bigger. If you can get to Paraguay you can bring back electricals.
Raisins (obligatory Father Ted reference).
Meat products definitely not welcome through customs.
Definitely post your contraband back. Works every time so Ive been told.

Fray Bentos pies too.
Don't they have loads of VW vans cheap over there? Might have to pay a little excess on the hand luggage though.
