Please STW:
I have three Twitter accounts: personal, academic, and business. The business account I started just about a month ago, and when I did, Twitter could not 'hold' the password. That is, every time I went to log in, I had to have a new password sent to my email address.
I have tried Twitter 'help' and it is either useless, or I am an idiot. So in order to use the business account, I have simply had to live with logging in with a new password every single time.
Now tonight, I was involved in tweeting a series of messages from my personal account, when suddenly, I could no longer post. So, thinking it was my browser, I closed down and restarted. Except that now Twitter can no longer remember my login details for the personal account either... this time INCLUDING my email address.
So how do I salvage my account? It still exists. If I do a search for it, it is still there; I just have no way of logging in, and the only help Twitter itself offers is to 'reset password'. Except that when I request a new one, it doesn't recognise my email address.
So my question is, basically: WTF?
Can anyone help me? Has anyone had this problem?
You're my only hope.
Anyone? [/tumbleweed]
