So I've given up on the Eurosport channels for live CX, they appear just to be repeating the Koksijde race and nauseam.
I tried messing about with the LG app on my phone in order to 'cast' the Eurosport App to my TV but no dice, it just let me view my photos on the TV (endless boiler room pics, need to stop using my phone for work 🙄).
So do I need some additional hardware in order to watch Eurosport App on the TV? Would be a shame, want to watch Namur tomorrow!

If you have the ability to cast you should see an icon in the Eurosport Player app when you play. Press it and it should ask which device you want to cast to. My experience is that LG TVs can do this natively, so need for chrome cast but I guess it may depend on model. (phone and TV will both need to be connected to the same WiFi)
If you have a firestick, you can also add the Eurosport app and open it directly on there. You may be able to do this natively with the TV too.
Ok thanks, I found the 'cast' settings on phone but it couldn't find TV, both on same WiFi. Will subscribe and download app, see if it lets me.
Have dusted off old laptop, if needs be can connect via an old HDMI.
If you've not subscribed to EP then you could test it with YouTube - it works in the same way. Play video and hit the cast icon.
I'd be surprised if you can't install the app directly on the TV to be honest, so worth exploring that avenue before parting with any cash.
