The little arrow...the one at the bottom of the page which you tapped to make the whole page whizz back to the top whereupon you could then tap 'Overview' which was an exciting upgrade on the very simple system that used to be there of simply tapping 'Forum Overview' at the bottom of the page.

No, it's not you and I've reported it.
On a related note, on the desktop Chrome browser the top menu no longer appears when I scroll up.
I had been able to scroll down a long way, then just scroll up a little to make it reappear and then click on "Forums" to get back to the main list of topics.
Gone here too.

This removes a click though, you just have to scroll back to the top...

Gone on my PC as well, checked my (android) phone and it was still there!! Then I pressed it and went back to the top, clicked into the overview and it disappeared 🙁
More gutted about the menu banner at the top if that's gone as well.
