Looks like Coltsfoot - a Tussilago species. Apparently medicinal and flowers a bit like a dandelion.

Does it smell garlicky? Could be:
Alliaria petiolata
Very common in hedgerows and pops up in gardens.

ISTR it has invasive roots. Be sure to get all of it.
