Spotted somewhat too late by my son as we went up 3 mile climb, causing him to ride into a ditch!
Looked rather unconventional, wings and engines all at the rear?
He's very curious what it was.
A10 was my first thought as well.
Not an a10 I don't think, the front end looked like a dolphin head/nose from the side.
That avanti ego is there or thereabouts...
Baby Robin?
That reaper, clearly out improve Barmouth sea front....
The only sure way to improve Barmouth seafront
The Beluga was in the air late morning so could well have been that!
It was the Beluga carrying Airbus wings out to Toulouse.
As Teetosugars says, flying Guppy is a common sight over there.
Airbus have a plant down the road at Broughton.

Greater likelyhood of it being the A300-600ST, aka the Beluga because it looks like, well, a beluga whale, which replaced the Guppy some years ago. The Beluga flies in most days around lunchtime and just hangs in the air, it would have been low enough over Llandegla to catch attention.
Footage?causing him to ride into a ditch!
How was deggers? crackin day for it.....
About a week a go F16 type low level over Nercwys woods and on towards Llandegla

For some reason that airbus beluga plane gives me the heebie jeebies.

It's one of my favourite planes in the air, it appears to hang in the air as it looks as if it's going so slowly. It's incedible.
Diggers = Llandegla

For people who can't say Llan? 😆

I used to fix them! (Needed a lot of maintenance too - they are used pretty heavily!)
Dassault Falcon 20 - quite heavily modified, used for target towing and electronic warfare training (with hawks)

Thanks for the pointers here.
I didn't get a great view of it as once I'd pulled the boy from the ditch it was quite a way away. It another rider coming past while we were looking at it did comment that it isn't amazing that it stays in the air so maybe it was the beluga.
Local website, I think deeside.com or wrexham.com, looks l7ke Broughton have picked up a contract to services F type, no not the Jaguar car!!!!
