What a great album, if her previous is not your thing give this a listen as its different and brilliant.

Should be purchasing this tomorrow, really got into PJ Harvey recently, especially since buying "Stories From The City Stories From The Sea"

I wanted to see her last year, but with tickets going for over a ton I didn't risk it. Problem is you never know what you're going to get with PJ. And I didn't like the Chalk stuff.
Bought a bag of balloons instead.

only seen her once live, and that was back in '92 at the Duchess of York pub in Leeds - amazing live..

I heard what I think was the single, on the radio the other week, thought it was bloody awful (and I was a big pj fan). Kept on repeating an old Eddie Cochran line (from summertime blues, iirc). Whats the point of that? Just made me think of Eddie Cochran.
