I need some for the weekend and will probably have to buy the £20 ooni stuff

I paid online with Argos £15 for wood pellets Ninja thinking it was 10kg going by the photo late last night only to find when I went to pick them up 900g

I buy 1kg of coffee beans at a time that was what it looked and felt like

Maybe could have done a few bits of toasted cheese so took my refund

Wolseley, the plumbers merchant, do 10kg bags of wood pellets that should be fine to use in your ooni. Assuming you have a branch nearby you can check to see if they have any in stock online:

I use the Wolseley ones, they've lasted me ages, store them in a big clip top box in the garage.

I've used those Balcas Brites before when I had a pellet oven. Some cat litters are 100% wood pellets too and work fine.

Had this issue at the weekend. Even bought the Argos one but returned it immediately when I saw the size.

Morrisons is the answer, £12 for a 10KG bag.

That's your problem right there....

Whenever I see "Ninja [anything]" I automatically think (possibly correctly) that it's the same thing as everyone else but double the price.

I've given up on pellets and have a bag and a half of the balcas brites kicking about if anyone wants them?

Wirral based. I won't post 😉

I skim read the thread title as 'Pizza owl pellets' and thought 'niche, makes pineapple seem marginally less horrific'.

You can get them at any major supermarket if you know what you're looking for.

Wood pellet cat litter is exactly the same stuff. It will be more expensive due to VAT, but if you need it quickly that's your best option.
