Is it possible to view a picture on there without signing up?
Signed up and now have non stop emails and random ****ing losers who follow me.
Have deleted account but still getting emails.

It's possible in that images on Pinterest show up in web searches, and you can view them alone on a webpage; but I don't think it's possible to peruse Pinterest without logging in.
You should have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails, you can also make your boards private and the settings for notifications are pretty comprehensive. If you're getting unwanted communications, it might just mean you need to change some settings.
