Love them or loathe them is not today’s question. More a case of where can I get them?

Please don’t say the chip shop, those are pickled in sulphuric acid. I’ve now become gentrified and require a class above the chippy version.

*Gentrified is subjective, but I’ve risen out of the slums and I’m now aspiring middle class (lower).

I’m not sure I’d like them. But I’m drawn to what feels like a catalyst for some most exotic farts.
Are they as potent as I imagine?

Tesco sells them in a jar - their own brand... not as good as grandad's recipe, but it was still a great way to annoy the ex. 😂

Nom nom.

I tried some with runny yokes - didn't know at the time, and when I took one bite I was like NO NO NO! Hard yokes, yes. Liquid yokes, NO.

Smithfield Market Tavern in Manchester used/does do their own organic version, worth getting on the train for.

Have you done the thing where you completely crush a packet of Salt’n’vinegar crisps - Seabrook are the best for this - then drop a pickled egg in the packet, then give it a good shake, completely coating it in crushed crisps?

You can thank me later 😃

Oh… and in answer to your question… Garners pickled eggs from Morrisons

I'm sorry, what?! If It hasn't been boiled it isn't a boiled egg.

If you’re doing boiled eggs then you’ll wantone of these. Trust me on this… once you get one, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without one.

Pickled air fried egg looks and tastes like a boiled one. 😉

I accept that they might be indistinguishable, it is the mangling of the meaning of words by marketing people I object to. 😉

It is roasted if cooked in an oven.

Fried is cooked in oil.

Air-fried doesn't mean anything.
