After years of posting pics I can't anymore...

I've usded Picasa for a long time now and lately my usual right click, copy link address, drill isn't working

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

I've tried the same on Google+ too

Well, today I re-opened my Flickr account and tried posting.

Still couldn't manage to find how to get a share link

imgur.com while it lasts...

On Flickr you can click "Share photo" (right-pointing arrow on the bottom-right of the screen), select the "Embed" tab in the dialog that opens up, select a size, copy the text that is already selected, paste it somewhere (i.e. Notepad) and copy the link to the image (should be after img src="<link>" - starts with https:// and ends with .jpg usually).
Hope that helps.

What's the URL of the pic you're trying to post?

Or an iPad.

I cannot get my head around how crap tablets and phones are for such stuff still....especially when so many other things on phones, tablets and computers is so intuitive and interconnected.

I'm a photobucket luddite.. it works fine though.
Share form your gallery on phone to photobucket app, open photobucket app, select photo, click share icon, select copy clipboard, copy direct link, paste direct link into forum img tags.

On the iPad use Safari not the app as its shit.

Go to the photo you wish to post ---> click the downward arrow in the bottom right ---> select a size ---> hold you finger over the photo for a few seconds select copy ----> on here select image and paste into the txt box.

Flickr - useless on an android tablet - fact .

Saw this on another thread recently and it works a treat.

On your Flickr image, click 'view and edit info about this image'
Click 'view all sizes'
Press and hold on the image. Menu pop up, select open image, copy the address/url from the address bar.
Click img button above, paste the url, hit ok.
That should be it...

Yeah that's just from a mobile or tablet. Dead easy though, I've taken to just posting images from my phone, even when viewing stw on a pc!!

Imgur is far easier. You don't need an account.
