Hi all,
Left shoulder popped out again yesterday (second time, already had surgery on right shoulder after 5 dislocations). Seeing an orthopaedic consultant tomorrow, but thought I may as well jump the gun, and start looking for decent physios or similar in the area.
Found these guys in Derby;

And also been recommended this guy over in Nottingham by a friend, apparently he's the physio for the Olympics watersports team;

Any thoughts (apart from wait until I've had my appointment tomorrow.. 😛 )
Anyone had regular shoulder problem, and done anything on top of physio/surgery? Sports massages etc?
Ta,
Duane.
I've used on Physiodirect in Nottingham for back problems. Now switched to Osteopathy Derby at Allestree, not sure if he could help with that though.
If Crich isn't too far Robert Sanby sorted out my dislocated shoulder a treat. He is more of a roadie who has mountain biked a bit from memory, but he understood completely the desire to get back to full fitness rather than simply functional.
Pretty much like the NHS physio service I enjoy locally in Matlock to be honest 🙂
