[Closed] photo-sharing from phone??

I used to be able to share any pics taken on my phone in Facebook using the build in photo management software but I no longer appear to have that option. This coincided with me removing the Facebook App from my phone as it was filling the onboard memory in a matter of days meaning lots of maintenance. I guess there is a link 🙂

Anyway, can anyone recommend a photo management app for the phone that is not very resource heavy but which will allow me to simply click a button to share the odd low res picture to FB and Twitter without needing to have those apps installed on my phone, and without having to go via some sort of online cloud storage since I have an extremely slow broadband connection

Cheers

Mark

Instagram? Dunno how resource hungry it is but you can share to twitter and facebook.

The Flickr app is very good. I assume you can then share to Facebook.

I'm a bit confused here.

1) Posting to Twitter should be handled by your Twitter client (that's how it works on my Android device anyway, dunno what phone you have).

2) Twitter and Facebook are on the Internet and will thus require the same connectivity as any "online cloud storage".

Have I fundamentally misunderstood something here?

[quote=Cougar ]Have I fundamentally misunderstood something here?Well, you could use flickr and have it share to facebook and/or twitter. Instagram similarly (I think - it certainly does twitter). That way, the OP doesn't need to install/use facebook on his phone. But you're right, there's still an upload required.

Edit: just checked, Instagram does Facebook and Twitter links

I only use Twitter and Facebook on the PC and not on the phone so do not have those apps installed (I did have but they completely fill my on-board storage). Without the apps the only photo software I have on the phone will not automatically link to those programmes so to share a photo I have to first copy the pics to my PC Hard drive and then use another 3rd party programme to get them into FB or Twitter. I am after an app that sits on the phone and will share the odd picture from my phone storage with FB and Twitter with just the touch of a button. I am currently trying INstagram but it certainly not the one touch solution I want.

Bear in mind I have no day to day signal on my phone and no data allocation anyway so I can only use FB and stuff when on the home wifi where my PC is far more comfortable anyway!

Not sure what the phone has to do with it though!
