Is it worth upgrading my Nokia Lumia 520 for 735

Does the 735 come with cortana? Just upgraded from an 820 to a 930 & cortana is a nice upgrade.
I'm told the 'selfie' camera is good but the main camera on the 735 is very poor.
The Lumia 830 is on 24 month contract for £19.99 at EE if that helps, much better camera on that.

You can upgrade to Windows 8.1 (with Cortana) if you get the Preview for Developers app.
I have that on my 520.
