A woman just reversed into the side of my car. She was really shaken, so I am convinced this is genuine.
She gave me a number, but but was so flustered when telling it to me that I wrote down
Clearly, there are one too many numbers there.
Is there a way I can find out if (for example) the 07798 bit relates to a certain provider?
I have her name as well.
