I need a head torch for running in the dark and in an ideal world I'd have one that works for both running (off road) and mountain biking.
The Petzl Nao has some great reviews for running in the dark but I don't know if would fit right while cycling with a helmet.
Is there one that works for both activities? Or would that just be a compromise?
I use a Nao on a catlike leaf helmet. It goes on just. Completely secure when on and points in the right direction.
I can't quite recall what size my catlike is but it's definelty one up from medium if that makes sense.
Bought the Nao for running, for which it is fantastic, and it's great on the bike to as it reduces power when straight ahead when bar light shines the way, it only really uses its power when you look to the side.
