Perth - Cross-Tay link bridge opening?

So the official opening is the 31st of March but I've seen people using it (on Strava) already.

What's the chances I'll be able to sneak across on a bike on the 24th? Anyone used it yet?

Thankfully there's a reasonably good backup along north bank of Tay to the next bridge but it misses a swathe of riverbank singletrack on the South bank that I wanted to check out...

It's a peculiar one. Maybe 10 mins if you are coming up the A9 via Broxden and Inveralmond, as it will save you having to go through Bridgend.
It's going to be interesting to see how much difference it makes at Bridgend.

There's quite a lot of heras fencing at each end and on the approach roads. It's not impossible that it could be left unfenced but I wouldn't count on it.
