I just received my pension statement. The sum in the account is about one-seventh of what I seem to remember a few years ago. So is this happening to others, do I hold the forum record, does anyone know what's been going on?

I'm eternally grateful I forgot to sign up for 'added years' before it was too late to, as I hold very little faith that my pension will be of great significane.
My plan is to buy things that I can rent out for a stable sum.
Anyone want to spend 'time' with a 47 year old brataslavian mistress.....?

What, your pension has shrunk to 1/7th of its value, or only gone up by 1/7th that it did in the 'good' years?
If the former, I'd be talking to the authorities, if the latter - that's the norm these days...
