Still advice to ignore ?
I got one for visiting Macdonald's drive through twice in one day on the a90 - for lack of any where better between my house on the AWPR and Dundee- desperate times.
Pre race coffee and post race coffee.
The PCN gypes have sent a photo of my car entering for first coffee and leaving after second.
I have plenty proof I was at monikie racing for the day in the form of photos and results + my Google maps trace and I have a card payment charge for the second coffee...annoyingly I used cash the first time.
So ignore or engage......
UKPC is the company if it makes an odds
ignore - not inforcable
Ignore. I had one similar and tried to prove my point - they didn't accept my argument and it led to a number of letters being exchanged before they gave up. Best just to ignore them.

Ignore they cannot make you tell them who was driving the car
I wrote to a company after receiving a PCN telling them I did not know who was driving. They replied once saying I had to tell them. I replied saying I did not have to tell them and never heard from them again. My friend who got one same place and day as myself just ignored it but got loads of letters. This was a few years ago though.
I have plenty proof I was at monikie racing for the day
but you wernt driving were you.
had this at Scolty never paid that
Case law would suggest that you should not assume it is unenforceable
Aye, pretty sure there was a similar case in Lanarkshire a few years back, guy had been ignoring tickets for years, the unenforceable claim is a bit of a naive myth.
I'd be posting your evidence Terry, recorded delivery. You'll probably never hear back from them, as they'll probably only really profit from apathy.
Dear UKPC
Your letter arrived today, in which you wrote to me as the registered keeper of the above vehicle, describing your claim as a creditor of the driver at the time.
Having considered your request, I decline your invitation to name the driver, which is not required of me as the keeper of the vehicle.
In your correspondence, you allege that the driver of the vehicle remained "at the car park for longer than the stay authorised or without authorisation". Two photographs of the vehicle were provided, however neither show it definitively in the location you allege.
Please be aware that I hold evidence of the vehicle being elsewhere at the time in question, and will not enter into further correspondence with you on this matter.
lots of love.
