is there any?
just had an amazing weeklong merrygoround with their customer service over account limits, their support apparently is cut and pasting the same reply, and have just closed my account in disgust.
so before i set up a new one in the wife's name thought i'd ask, there must be an alternative surely?

I had this trouble too, they have lifted the limits now but, they can also add limits anytime they see fit it seems, so I dont use paypal much anymore. They have a hold on the market though and there are not really any alternatives.
