WTF???
Is this legit? Been asked to submit a extra details, i.e. copies of documents to prove who I am. Anyone else had this?

Yes I had this a year or so ago, I guess you have been buying selling a fair bit via pp??
I can't remember exactly what I had to do but just did it via the pp website took a few days if I remember rightly

yes its normal if you buy/sell over a certain amount. you can do it all via the website.
