For me dad, doesnt want or need broadband to his flat, and being central Brum you'd hope the 3G signal is pretty good.
So he won't be a huge user, and it's doubtful that a month allowance would get full used, so anything available that roll over from one month to the next? (or is this a pipe dream)
Yes I can and will do a google search but am after any pointers or deals that can be personnally recommended.
