Just found out I’ve got the option of travelling to Morzine weekend of passport du soleil. How does one secure a ticket for the Saturday? They appear all sold out on the main website 🙁

cant you just buy a lift pass and ride alongside the 'official' riders?

Good question! If that’s allowed then yes that would be ideal I just don’t know if the French lifties allow you in the course / chairs

Lifts start a bit earlier that weekend but without a PPDS entry I think you're supposed to wait til the normal time to use them. Obviously people don't go all that way just to ride the one day their entry is for.

Yes, you can ride the same trails and use the same lifts on the same days as PDS riders, without being part of the event. (I've done PDS and not-PDS in different years, on the same weekends.) The only bits that I remember being closed to ticket holders are the feed areas.
