Want to leave the car in Newhaven whilst we have a few days in Dieppe.

Any recommendations, happy to pay for somewhere secure.

Otherwise, I have never used any of the "Park on my drive" type apps. Any hints or tips ?

Thanks in advance

Check with the ferry terminal as there is parking outside of the terminal building.

Thanks both, I missed that but seems a bit of a lottery if there will be a place on the day.?

Any other locals with parking suggestions?

Justpark reckons you can park at Sainsbury’s near ferry.

I've used JustPark for multi day stops no problems, like anything else read reviews for each parking space.

Newhaven isn't difficult to park, but it is a little rough around the edges. It's also got one of the countries best pump tracks. I'd take a gamble on the port parking and allow enough time to stick it on a side street if that doesn't work out

Thanks everyone, If parking at the terminal doesn't work out, good to know I can book Sainsbury's or find a side street.

Anyone else see these kinda comments and think that if folk just left their car outside MY house for a week I'd be seriously pi55ed off?

If you want to put it in a side street then Norman Road is where Lord Lucan left his.

Nope, because we don't own the road outside our houses.
