Im after a recommendation for a free or low cost parallax word press theme for business consultancy website. (no shop)
I am new to themes so no idea where to start ?
Any pointers would be much appreciated 🙂

The fact that that monisterthemes site takes about 10 seconds to load should put you off using whatever they sell IMHO. Though looks like they've put a nice lot of effort into the wait for page loading swirly balls.

Very good theme, highly configurable and the support is very good.
Stick to themeforest and take a look at Jupiter I think it's called.
Parallax is bloody annoying if setup average or poorly so I'd actually recommend against it, however the theme I recommend is one of the less horrid ones I've seen used.
Make sure you've got good hosting so it's not sluggish and buy wp-rocket and imagify to help with caching and image compression.
I think Jupiter has starter themes you can install from the admin and then modify. Probably all using visual composer.
If theres no or low budget then thats my recommendation.
