I know they are loved on here.
Do they leave a card if they have tried to collect and you were out?
On the booking confirmation page it says they collect between 9 and 6.
I had a text overnight saying that they would collect between 8.13 and 10.13. Couldn't get to work until 8.40 Â so it's possible I missed the man.
Gone on their contact page and it says they collect between 8 and 6.
Yet another courier company who are totally shit.
Just last week there was a thread on Paisley Freight on the Bike Forum. Most, including myself, came to the conclusion that they are indeed sh*te. They mucked me around with pick up times.
I've just had a very good experience with them: booked Sunday, collected Monday, delivered successfully Tuesday.
The only real issue was I didn't get confirmation of collection day until the Monday morning, which meant I had to drive to work with the box, whereas I would have taken it the night before if I'd known, and then cycled in as usual (although the terrible weather on Monday meant I wasn't too heartbroken).
Great service, used em a few times, I just leave the box with the security guys at main gate at work, works a treat, means I couldn't care less what time they pick up at.
Thought this was going to be Scotlands answer to Mornington Crescent.
A measure of how good they are will be how quickly they sort out their muck up or even if they answer their phone.
Well they answered the phone straight away and the lady assured me that it will be collected today.
They may yet redeem themselves.
Box collected.
I'll give them a thumbs up.
With Hermes I'd still be on hold.
