Hi,
Painting my bathroom walls, previously painted in kitchen and bathroom paint, sanded the surface and washed down, first coat of new paint went on well but it's a strong colour to cover and on second coat it's started to blister and come away from the wall, tried scraping off the blistered area and sanding back and washing off but it just blistered elsewhere, any advice on what I can do to make it more stable so I can be confident the paint isn't going to peel off?
