I've splattered an unholy amount of white emulsion paint on a wood parquet floor. Is it plain old hot soapy water, or is there some magic formula that will lift it straight off?
Just keep calm and don't get all emulsional about it.
It'll be fine, if anyone asks just gloss over it.
You havent satin it yet have you? Just cover it with a matt.
warm water, quicker you do it the better.
if the floor's in reasonable nick it'll lift off.
I asked for that.
Thanks wwaswas. The floor is in terrible nick and I did it over a week ago 8)
My Friday night is shaping up to be a hottie.
yeah the process is.... call your home insurance company (providing your do have accidental damage option)..... get beer from fridge.... open beer.
It'll be all white.
Jekkyl - crikey I don't think it'll come to that. Worst case scenario is I'll turn the electric sander on.
The problem is it doesn't look "all white", it looks like a 15 year old's bed sheet. Ah well, it's not proper DIY unless you cause your self more hassle / expense is it.
