I am thinking of adding so paddleboarder profiles to this picture so have mocked up some paper templates.

Do they look like a couple of paddleboarders out together and do they look about the right size relative to each other?

Any other feedback?

The title will be : "One Friend, Two Boards and an Infinite Dream"

To me, the left hand boarder looks too close to the horizon for his size.

agreed, I think his head should be about on the horizon line.

I can shrink him a bit but I don't want him to disappear into a dot. Perhaps make the right hand one a little bigger as well to bring the horizon closer?

BTW that line across the left image is the horizon from the original photo which is why I am thinking of increasing the size of the other person to get the relative proportions correct

I was picturing moving him down, not shrinking.

Although you second attempt above acheives the same thing
