Have seen the Penguins of Madagascar. I thought it was quite funny.
The little Black and White fellas.. It's quite hilarious.
Paddington has an interesting sub-text about refugee children and how we treat immigrants in the UK. And also marmalade.
Penguins of Madagascar features amusing Spheniscidae.

Didn't think I'd enjoy Paddington but it really was excellent.
I really enjoyed Paddington, works for kids and adults (although our neighbours 4 year old daughter found some bits at the museum scary)
My kids have seen both (I took them to Penguins, wife took them to Paddington)
From the feedback I've had I think they would recommend Paddington.

Paddington (or Paddlington as my 4 year old daugter calls him) is a great film..
Just asked my 6 and 4 year old and they said penguins... I preferred Paddington.
Would you all still say that if we have one super sensitive to scary things and another super sensitive to 'cringe worthy' or embarrassing things?
My four year old finds moments of "drama" scary (i.e. "Oh he might fall / get caught / get into trouble / run out of marmalade"
She made it through Paddington in the cinema but did require a few reassuring words at points.
