We have an ... infestation of outsourcerers in our organisation, causing chaos where the previous ones only provided quite, competent efficiency. Over the summer the new ones screwed things up so badly that the vast majority of our customers couldn't send us money.
I can't help thinking that their theme song should be:

The 2nd line support Fraggle was telling a customer with a badly configured proxy to use ours ( address like proxy.internal.cranberrysorg.org )
The developers had to patch a product, adding in a checkbox. In UAT the software fails if you click the checkbox. And the developers were claiming to be unable to reproduce the error.
