Signed up for Outdoor Active. Paid an annual sb.
A few weeks ago, the Android App stopped letting me log in. I have updated it, double checked pass words etc.
Contacted them and they weren't interested.
What use is a mapping subscription that doesn't work outside?
Where do I stand?
Can I get refunded?
Any suggestions of a course of action?

Have you tried from another device? Uninstalled reinstalled?
