That's not bad at all - a nice wide opening. It is a bit on the small side and has no thermometer, but aside from that, it looks a decent deal.

haha clearly a copy of the Ooni Koda 12!  Looks all good apart from the temperature is a bit low ~380dgC when I think you want closer to 500degC.

Not sure how much it will affect the pizza.   I have a wood / coal powered Ooni and I bet when I'm not playing attention and have let the flame die down a bit it drops to 380deg.  You notice the pizza cooking a bit slower than with a full flames but it's no big deal....

we have a firepod, designed and sold by a chappie in England.  its a few years old now and i cant find the bumph that i read at the time, but im sure he said he'd done extensive research into the optimum heat for cooking a pizza, and it was high 300's rather than 500ish, so he designed the firepod with that in mind.

certainly our pizzas take a few minutes more to cook than my mates ooni kodi, but he also has a higher 'burnt pizza' rate than me 😀

I got one of those with my Clubcard points when they were sold in Tesco's last year. It burns a bit at the back if you don't rotate the pizza but now I've got the hang of it I certainly wouldn't pay the premium for an Ooni (it was £125 when I got it, not sure if they're doing it this year).
