Before anyone moans I did search Monkey and PETA..
So PETA, the bastion of all that is holy <cough> bollix <cough>, brought a case against a photographer so the Monkey owned it's own copyright.. There are some PETA fanboi's on here, so what's you're take on this? Ludicrous waste of money, time, resources. Hounding for some ill-feted gain, or totally right?
